A relaxing morning in the countryside of Zanè, at the foot of the pre-alps mountains, visiting a cute local farm with many cows where we will see live the stracchino cheese preparation (as it once was, according to tradition), tasting then the fresh stracchino together with other delicious cheeses, handmade salami and good wine. The farmer will lead us to discover how a healthy and genuine cheese is born from the grass of the fields to the cheese making.
Dogs on leash allowed. Kids friendly and suitable for strollers. The Fattoria Didattica “teaching farm” activity is held by the Fattoria Valdastico owner together with a cheese producer and supported by an interpreter.
