The Fattoria Valdastico Farm is a family owned farm that shares a passion for animals and for genuine products.
The main activity is the production of milk from our cows and the processing into raw milk cheeses.
It is very attentive to the feeding of the animals and that’s why they feed them just with the hay they harvest in the 20 hectares of stable lawn located around the farm, supplemented by untreated dry fodder, without preservatives and not genetically modified and especially without the use of silage.
They produce:
- Cheeses (ricotta, caciotta, stracchino, pressed, mezzano, mozzarelle and more)
- Salami (salami, sopressa, sausages and cotechino)
- Bread and sweets
- Eggs
From 2018 it is also Fattoria Didattica or a “Teaching Farm” accredited to the Veneto Region. They open the farm to the public, to the schools and children through territory and farming promotion and education.
They host amazing summer camps for kids too!
We try to pass on to future generations the traditions and customs of the rural culture.
