The indoor market turns into a bakery laboratory. You will see the work of the baker live… from flour to all types of bread, made with the laboratory’s tools. Our baker Antonio will explain all the benefits of the zero km bread. During this occasion, all visitors can taste particular types of bread made with the different flours and ingredients.

As always, at the covered farmers’ market of CAMPAGNA AMICA the farmers will offer to the attendees all the local excellence that this season offers us.
