It will be explained ho to prepare delicious Italian recipes with the winter squash—like the pureed soup with crostini cream and speck—to bring color, delight, and health on our kitchen table. With the nutritional consultant Francesca Senesi.

As always, at the covered farmers’ market of CAMPAGNA AMICA the farmers will offer to the attendees all the local excellence that this season offers us.
