Feast of the “bacalà alla vicentina” or the Vicenza-style dry cod fish in the town of Sandrigo.
Every evening from 7.00 pm under the tents – Opening of the food kiosks. Just on Sundays the food booth is open even for lunch from 12:00 a.m.!
Main courses: Bigoi al torcio (spaghetti-type pasta made using a press) dressed with Bacalà alla Vicentina and Bacalà alla Vicentina with polenta.
Notes: a first and second course without Bacalà is always available.
