The “Rosso Quercia” is made with cabernet sauvignon, merlot and tai rosso red wine grapes then it’s aged one year in oak barrel. It has a deep red color and a good structure, perfect to accompany meat / grilled meat.

The “Da Sagraro” Extra virgin olive oil is cold extracted. To obtain the best quality they mill the freshly picked olives. The olives varieties are frantoio and leccino and are all grown in the Berici hills. Light fruity olive oil.
