StrAvicenza Run / Walk downtown Vicenza

On Sunday, March 18th, 2018 the StrAVicenza is back. It is a run/walk for everybody (agonists, amateur runners but also normal walkers), with 3 different distances around the city center of Vicenza. (Campo Marzo, Salvi’s Garden, and Querini’s Park).

10 km – Competitive race with professional runners from Kenya and some of the best local runners.
10 km / 5 km / 2 km Non-competitive (the 2 k is suitable for runners / families with strollers and / or just walkers).

The competitive race starts at 9:30 a.m, then the non-competitive. You all should come and enjoy it. The Starting is at Campo Marzo Park (next to the train station). The arrival line is at the Giardini Salvi park for the 2 and 5 km (anyway 5 mins walk from the Campo Marzo Park), and at the Campo Marzo Park for the 10 k run.

Please note that Sunday March 18th, 2018, from 9:00AM to 6:00PM, is a no driving day for downtown, so the busses will be free all day long. You can leave your vehicle in some specific areas (Parking Stadio, Parking Cricoli and Parking Dogana) and use the shuttle from there. Get more info here

Tickets: for competitive race 15€ (if you have membership with a running team + Medical certificate). If you are not part of a team, 21€ + medical certificate. The web site with all the rules is: http://corsa.stravicenza.it – just Italian language.

For non-competitive (you can pick the distance you prefer) 4€ for adults and 2€ for kids (age 14 and above).
You can get the tickets: Sunday 18th from 7:15 am to 9:15 am at the Stravicenza Point located on Campo Marzo at the starting point.

There will be a drop off bag service for 1€ a piece. At the arrival there will be a refreshment tent with hot drinks and some food. Max time to complete the path is 2 hours.
