Feast of the “bacalà alla vicentina” or the Vicenza-style dry cod fish in the town of Sandrigo.

Every evening from 7.00 pm under the tents – Opening of the food kiosks. On Saturday sep. 29 and Sunday Sep. 30 the food booth is open even for lunch from 11:30 a.m.!

Main courses: Bigoi al torcio (spaghetti-type pasta made using a press) dressed with Bacalà alla Vicentina and Bacalà alla Vicentina with polenta.
Notes: a first and second course without Bacalà is always available.

Live demonstration on how to prepare bigoi al torcio by the Bigoi al torcio Brotherhood from Limena.
GUIDED TOURS by bus to the villas and oratories of Sandrigo and surroundings organised by Amici della Cultura.
