Food drying is a method of food preservation in which food is dried (dehydrated or desiccated), with the collaboration of Tauro Essicatori and Giglio Rosso. Drying is one of the fastest and most economical methods for preserving vegetables, fruit and aromatic substances while keeping nutrients like proteins as they are, mineral salts and vitamins.
It will explained an extremely simple and rapid procedure: first cleaning and cutting the products and then disposing them—not overlapped—on the dryer shelves. Last turn on the machine by selecting the dedicated program.
