From Nov. 17 till Dec. 27, 38 little wooden chalets in Piazza Garibaldi square and Piazza Libertà square are open every day — except on Thursdays and Saturdays mornings”— offering handicrafts, foods and original festive gift ideas.
Bassano’s shops and boutiques remain open every day (even on weekends) until Christmas Day offering designer clothing, shoes and accessories, as well as foods, wines, ceramics and items for the home.
And if you park at Le Piazze park (Via Matteotti, 39) ask to the shop assistant for the special park discount.
There is the Lilliput train chugging through the three piazzas and the train station, and the antique carousel in Piazza Libertà, dating from the 1800’s.
