A CONCRETE HELP FOR WOMEN VICTIMS OF VIOLENCE

The United Nations General Assembly has designated November 25 as the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women.

To celebrate that, on Sunday, Jan 19th 2020 it has been scheduled the Women’s Day run or walk through the streets of downtown Vicenza. An outdoor event and meeting to concretely support women victims of domestic violence. The event is organized and will be led by “Women in Run“ local running team.

There are two paths in downtown Vicenza, one is for runners and is about 10 km the other is for walking and is about 5 km.

Start / Finish Line at Piazza San Lorenzo square. The start is at 10 a.m.
Persons may present themselves at around 9:30 a.m. at Vicenza downtown Piazza San Lorenzo square.

Dress code: wear a red t-shirt – for men; wear a fuchsia t-shirt – for girls
